mixed experience with housekeeping issues
torn sheets manager absence
the stay began alright. i liked the hotel location and how central it was. however, the housekeeping service wasnt good. the sheets had holes in them, this i did not liked. also, i tried to speak with a manager about it, but there wasnt one available.

helpful staff stellar location
the entire staff was cute and helpful. the room was spacious and clean. the location was stellar with many top restaurants within walking distance.
i could not sleep at all because of very loud a/c noise. when a/c started to operate, it was a minor noise. however, when a/c fully ran, it made an extreme loud noise and it woke me up all night

lap pool higher level hidden terrace housekeeping rule three room space empty sanitizer
the gym has a lap pool. it felt of a higher level than most properties. i also loved the hidden terrace.
i stayed for four days. housekeeping has a rule that they will not enter the three room space unless all guests leave. hand sanitizers in the building looked empty.

friendly staff good size
I received friendly service from the front desk staff UPON arrival. the room was a good size with plenty of seating options. It meant i did not have to sit on the bed while in the room.
The a/c made a very loud noise. I could not sleep AT all.

The staff at the front desk were attentive to our needs. I found the room spacious. It featured L'Occitane toiletries in the bathroom, a luxurious touch. The hotel's location is convenient to nearby restaurants and attractions.
